Multiple level products. Do they apply to you? Our software properly handles product and sku relationships. Some products have a relationship to other products while other products are have no similarities to any other products that you sell. For example, you may sell a shirt that is offered in 5 colors and 4 sizes. This represents 20 combinations for the same shirt. Have you thought yet about how this type of product should be displayed on your site, or how your customers should be able to search for this shirt. Products that are the same except for size or color After searching for your product using our quick search, our advanced search, or product category drill down, you will end up at the product detail page. On the product detail page, your 20 products will be displayed with a combination of dynamic drop down boxes. Your customer will be able to select the color from a drop down box. And then they will be able to select the product size from the drop down box. The second way to list your product is one by one. In this fashion their isn't a real close relationship between products by size, color or some other fashion. Even if their is a very close relationship between products you can choose to list them this way. Listing products one by one will display them one by one in both the product search and the product detail pages. Using our software there are two methods for this. The most used method for product maintance will be by the single product method. To use this method you must be logged into the product administration for your site. Once you have selected the individual product that you want to work with, select it and modify it characteristics. The more advanced method for maniupluation assocaited products is using the master product in the administation suite. First you'll select the prouct that you want to work with, and then you'll see the list of all of the sub products associated with your master product.
